Welcome to our newly built Mediterranean penthouse -- the perfect spot to relax in after a day out exploring Malta. Located in Sliema, within minutes walking to the Valletta ferry, nightlife, pool clubs, seaside swimming, specialty coffee shops and fine dining restaurants. The terrace has Valletta views, a pool with a heating option*, lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen and dining area, complete with a BBQ. The main suite features a large bathtub and ensuite with rain shower and a Super King sized bed (200x200cm), and Valletta views from the bed. The second suite has a dedicated workspace and balcony access, a Super Queen sized bed (180x200cm) and a 45" 4k Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard dishes and appliances, including a Nespresso machine. The living room features a 55" 4k Smart TV. We can provide baby essentials (crib and high chair) upon request. *Pool can be heated for €20/day, takes 12 hours to heat up to desired temperature (max 35c). With advance notice of your desired temperature, we can preheat before you arrive. Guests have key-code access to the private door for self check-in and entry. Please Note: Malta requires that we keep a record of all guests (Copy of passport /government issue ID, Full name, Address) and we will be requesting this of you after you book the reservation as part of the check in process.
